We refer to the Company's previous announcements made on 2 April 2004 and 11 May 2004 in relation to the approval from the Securities Commission ("SC") pertaining to the abovementioned Acquisition. The Board of Directors of BGB wishes to announce that the SC had vide its letter dated 7 September 2009 (which was received by PM Securities Sdn Bhd on 9 September 2009) waived the Bumiputera equity conditions imposed on the Company by the SC. This announcement is dated 9 September 2009.
