The Board of Directors of Bina Goodyear Berhad ("BGB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval on the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate in respect of Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened.
A circular setting out the details of the aforesaid Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate will be issued to the shareholders of BGB in due course.
