• mr. Cheah Yoke Mong
Chief Operating Officer (Construction), joined BGB in 1986. He holds a Diploma in Architecture (1979) from Institute Technology Negeri Ipoh and has extensive experience in building construction. He is involved in all major construction contracts undertaken by BGB since 1988.
• mr. Lau Poh Lee
Senior General Manager (Finance), joined BGB in 1996. He is a member of The Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, having qualified in 1989. He also completed the MBA programme from Heriot-Watt University in 2002. He completed his articleship with Azman, Wong, Salleh & Co including working 2 years under the corporate consultancy services division. Subsequently he spent 6 years as Finance & Accounts Manager for Green Mountain Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd Group of companies, having property development as its core business.
• mr. Ho Kwok Wing
Deputy General Manager (Contruction), joined BGB in 1992. He holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering (1991) from Oklahoma State University, USA. He has worked with Lee & Co. Consulting Engineers, California, and with Gouvis Engneering California. In BGB, he is the project manager for Kelana Centre Point, Cyberia Condominium, the Syariah Court in Putrajaya, and the Plaza Condominium TTDI contract.
• mr. Tan Teng Chun
General Manager (Contracts), joined BGB in 2003. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Building (1978) from the National University of Singapore; and Member of the Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (1982), Member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers (1982), Registered Quantity Surveyor, Malaysia (1985). Prior to joining BGB, his 25 years work experience includes working with Jabatan Kerja Raya Malaysia, Yong dan Mohd Faiz Chartered Quantity Surveyors, Landgon Every Cost Engineers (Thailand) Pte Ltd and Danau Kota Development Sdn Bhd.
• mr. Fong Tuck Yong
General Manager (Plant & Equipment Division), joined BGB in 1989. He holds a Diploma in Building Technology (1987) from Tunku Abdul Rahman College. Before assuming his present position, he is the project manager for all the Subang Perdana building contracts undertaken by BGB.
• mr. Tin Boon Yoke
Assistant General Manager (Contruction), joined BGB in 1990. He holds a Diploma in Technology (1986) from Tunku Abdul Rahman College, and has more than 15 years experience in general contracting and contract management. In BGB he is involved in Sri Hartamas Condominium, International Islamic University, Wisma Putra, Palace of Justice, and is the project manager for Seasons Square Condominium contract.
• mr. Teh Su Lee
Assistant General Manager (Contruction), joined BGB in 1991. He holds a Diploma in Technology (1989) from Tunku Abdul Rahman College, and has 15 years experience in cost and contract management. He is the project manager for BGB's various housing contracts for Sime UEP, Hicom-Gamuda, Kinrara, Subang Mewah and the Mutiara Group.
• mr. Henry Chia Meng
Senior Manager (Architectural), joined BGB in 1997. He completed the Architectural Draughtmanship (FMSA) in Technical College Kuala Lumpur in 1965 and has almost 40 years working experience in architectural coordination, to include Komtar Penang, Wisma Lee Rubber Kuala Lumpur, Gasing Heights Condominium, Desa Kiara Condominium, and in Singapore, the Lady Hill Hotel and Central Point Condominium. In BGB, he is project manager for the Chao Centre and Marriot Putrajaya Hotel. He heads the Architectural Division of BGB.
• mr. Philip Ting Siew Kiong
Senior Manager (M&E Building Services), joined BGB in 1992. He holds a Technician Diploma, Electrical (1986) from Federal Institute of Technology. Prior to BGB, he has worked 10 years for various engineering companies including Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko Sdn Bhd. He heads the M&E Building Services Division of BGB.
• encik Adam Malek Ishak
Manager (Land Surveying), joined BGB in 1992. He holds a Diploma in Land Surveying (1987) from Institute Technologi Mara. He heads the Land Surveying Division of BGB and also manages the external infrastructure works in various complex building contracts.
• mr. Balakrishnan a/l Karuppiah
Safety Manager, joined BGB in 2002. He holds a Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health (1998) from University of Newcastle, Australia, and is Member of the Malaysian Occupational Safety & Health Professional's Association. Prior to BGB, he has 20 years working experience as Safety Foreman based on Keppel Shipyard, Sembawang Shipyard, Jurong Shipyard, Hitachi Shipyard in Singapore, and Safety Officer in various construction companies in Kuala Lumpur. He heads the Safety Division of BGB.
• Maziah bte Hj Nawawi
Senior Quantity Surveyor, joined BGB in 1992. She holds a Diploma in Quantity Surveying (1984) from Institute Teknologi Mara. She is in charge of Estimations in the Tender Division of BGB.
• encik Saruji bin Sa'ari
Senior M&E Coordinator , joined
BGB in1997. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Housing, Building & Planning (1990) from Universiti Sains Malaysia. Prior to joining BGB, he worked as M&E Coordinator for Ekovest Berhad and Cygal Berhad. He is in charge of M&E coordination scopes on Kelana Centre Point, Wisma Putra, Palace of Justice and Syariah Court contracts.
